Refund policy

Paid plans are flat subscriptions billed through Kelviq, our merchant of record. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card.
Monthly plans
- Cancel at any time from the billing page in your account.
- The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. Your profile keeps its paid features until then.
- There are no partial refunds for the unused part of a month.
Annual plans
- Refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase. The paid features end when the refund is made.
- After 14 days you can still cancel; the plan then runs to the end of the paid year, without a partial refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email francesco@getvisibai.com from the address on your account, with the firm’s name. Kelviq returns the amount you actually paid (after any discount) to the original payment method; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Kelviq emails you a link to pay. Your profile keeps its paid features until 7 days after the end of the paid period; after that it moves to the Free plan until the payment is made. Nothing is charged for that time.
